Everything looks amazing, though there is one pic with no caption and I have to know what it is!
The pic between the simple smoked bologna and the crawdad boil with bacon wrapped cork. Whatever it is it sure looks tasty!

Thanks Joe!! :)
That's smoked bologna too! I butterflied it, stuffed with a mixture of creamcheese, jalapenos and I can't remember what else then rolled it and wrapped it in bacon before smoking.
It was really tasty.
Made killer sandwiches too. :)

Thanks again Joe. :)

okay, now I'm starving.....heading to the kitchen to see what I can find! Did you ever watch a country music show called HeeHaw? Well they had this one part where they asked Grandpa...What's for supper? and he rattles off something poetic and then they say "Yum,,,Yum!" Okay, now you know what a hick I am...LOL

Shame on you Joe, thinking that Cowgirl goofed up on the blog.

I was tempted to think that that too, at first, but then I realized the mystery shot had to be another perspective of the smoked bologna :)

There you go again Cowgirl!!!! You're killing me. This is like a 15 course meal that I would love to start on, complete with dessert. If I pass out before I get to the end, so be it. It would be worth it.
Glad I'm BBQing brisket right now. You can follow the progress @ http://www.barbecuebible.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=22059

Updates every two hours. But now that I am hungry as hell right now after looking at all your great photos, I'm heading for the refer.
