Boneless Beef Ribs and Tatoes on the Drum (Finger Food)

I like these boneless beef ribs roasted over a campfire and wanted to give them a try on my drum cooker.
I threaded them onto metal skewers for easy turning. Seasoned them with olive oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper..





Onto the drum with some potatoes...







I smoked everything for an hour using hickory.....



Sliced the potatoes, dipped them in beer batter and fried til crispy...





I sprinkled the tatoe chips with home made seasoned salt, then cubed the beef ribs...



It was pretty tasty finger food!
