Chimichurri Ribs and Slaw

I wanted to try this premixed Argentine style chimichurri sauce on some ribs. I chose beef and meaty pork ribs...





I marinaded the meat for about 2 hours...

Into the smoker with some hickory...


Made some slaw, a new recipe from a friend...

Also smoked some potatoes, covered them in evoo, sprinkled with cracked black pepper and kosher salt..



The ribs were great, the chimichurri sauce reminded me of a home made sauce I use on whole
hogs...called lechon asado, also had an italian dressing flavor added. lol

It was tasty.

The slaw was excellent and I will be making it again. :)
