Another smoke in my drum smoker....
I used a bit of hickory on these crab legs and ribeye...turned out pretty tasty.
I rehydrated some morel mushroom from this spring...

how could nobody have commented on this? this meal in itself makes me want to move to where you live. seriously. I've wanted Morrell Mushrooms and a smoked steak for forever. I'm actually working on getting a barrel for a new smoker and crossing my fingers that I can make one as nice as yours. You are amazing.

Wow Jeanie, that crab leg looks as big around as the corn!! The whole darn meal looks increadable! (except the morels, they just look creapy!) LOL I'm sure they're great if you like mushrooms, but they're NOT pretty!

lol Dave the morels do look a bit creepy! Kind of like a brain or a sponge. :)
I love king crab legs, they are so sweet and there is so much meat on one leg. Gotta be one of my favorites.
