I oiled my foil pan, added my biscuits, covered them with another oiled pan and then wrapped them in foil to keep them together. Then flipped over the fire for even cooking.
Browned my spicy sausage and fried some tatoes and onions.....
After the sausage browned, I added flour and seasonings, then milk....
Heated the gravy until bubbly.....
Yeah... I didn't burn them this time. :)

It was an easy campfire breakfast after a long night of admiring the moon (fishing).

Have you ever tried making "stick biscuits" over the fire? Those are awesome and you can fill them with anything.

my friend wasnt cool wit me digging a hole in his back yard..haha.those are hard to come by here! i figured it was cool because its all weeds. i need a tractor rim or something.i probably have a better chance finding a honda rim on the side of the Turnpike.i marked you as a fav. ill be checkin on ya girl!you have a good vibe, keep it up! These are so easy to make, you have to flip and turn the biscuits often though so they won't burn. :)
I use 1 pound of bulk sausage. The Jimmy Dean Hot sausage is great.
After it browns, add 2 TBs of flour, cook that a bit, the add enough milk to cover the sausge ( I don't measure the milk, just eyeball it)
Stir until thick and add more milk if needed.
Probably close to 3 cups of milk.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.

About how long would you say the biscuits take?
They take about 20 to 25 minutes.. but need to be flipped and rotated frequently. Good luck!
