Wish me luck! :)

I'm heading to Oklahoma City in the morning for a day of shopping.
The plan is to make it through Bass Pro and the Academy Sporting Goods store without buying anything for myself.

This should be quite a challenge. :)

Nothing like a little self imposed will-power test to build character - I love to wander around those kinds of places.

surely you'll buy yourself a treat for doing all that shopping for others!!

Thank you for the well wishes!

I checked out the online sales for these two stores... I think my plan isn't going to work. lol

Well I wish you luck Jeanie, although you probably deserve a little something from yourself anyway. I guess as long as you don't devote the whole trip to yourself, then I think you're doing ok. Good luck Jeanie.

Not that OKC is a big city by east coast standards but be careful and have fun!

I will make your Christmas shopping a bit easier this year. All I want is the Double-Wide Spice Wine Smoker on a trailer. Figure I can cater and compete with one of those.

Some of the best gifts I have ever received were ones I got for my self. So don't feel guilty if you get yourself a little something to go along with everyone gifts.

:) Marc, Thanks!
I had a great time... Sorry, I didn't see one spice wine smoker but went through Kingfisher Okla, where the "Kingfisher" smokers are built. :)

I think I'm almost finished with my shopping now. woohoo!
