I guess these are Cowgirl Q-tons.

Not sure what to call these...

I used some of the BBQ'd pork I canned from the last underground pig cookout.....

Wrapped a bit of the BBQ'd pork, smoked cheese and a sliver of jalapeno in a wonton skin...

Wrapped and ready to deep fry....

They were so tasty, I liked the added jalapeno kick. :)

Somethings wont sit on plate long enough to even need a name Jeanie. And I think those things fit the description. Them sure are an interesting looking snack with a bit of a kick.

lol Mark, that one made me spit my drink out. Thanks for the laugh!
I guess they don't really need a name. :)
Thanks Mark! :)

Awesome idea! Anytime you have a recipe that contains the words pork, jalapeno and fried you know you're on the right track.

lol Thanks Rawtalent! You are so right! If I could have figured out a way to include bacon, it might have been the perfect snack. lol

Thank you!! :)

They were soooo tasty. I like the jalapeno pepper inside to give it some heat too.
Hope you try them sometime! :)
