Christmas Dinner at last. :)

I had Christmas dinner yesterday... better late than never. :)

King crab legs on the drum smoker....

Some sliced potatoes and onions with butter and sprinkled with Harley's dry rub....

The crab smoked on low for about 35 minutes.. just until they were heated through and had a light smoke...

The ribeyes were grilled along with the pouch of potatoes...

The crab legs, ribeye with mushrooms, potatoes and salad....

I think surf and turf might be one of my favorite meals... :)

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

That has to be my favorite, at least once a month, and it will be the New Years dinner plan as well.
Looks good Jeanie, and have a Great New Year.

I LOVE snow crab or king crab roasted in the Egg. People act like I'm crazy but you get a definitely improved result than steaming them.

Chris, I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. Sometimes folks think the crab will be dry, but I've never had that happen. The added smoke flavor is so nice.
Thanks Chris. :)

Looks yummy. We had gumbo for our Christmas dinner but your surf and turf makes my mouth water.

I can almost smell it from here miss jeanie. Looks great!

But we gotta find away to get you some fresh Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs. You wont ever want to do legs again!

You know... I don't believe I've ever had a Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab. I'll work on that. :)
