If you are interested in raising your own shrimp, canning, smoking and preserving your own meat, fishing or sitting around a good camp fire.....we might be related. :)
he is a bull, a smart person always keeps one eye on him. When I was 12 I was walking through a field with cows in it not realizing there was a bull amongst them And got chased up a tree and had to sit there for over an hour until he got tired of waiting for me to come down
Keep a good eye on him. My aunt had one she bottle fed and considered almost a pet. She had her back to it, bent over to pick something up, and it head butted her in the back end. Broke her back in three places. They raise a lot of cattle and she knew to keep her eye on it.
Real sorry to hear about your aunt langela!! That's terrible! I know of one man who was killed here when he was checking a well. The bull pinned him down and crushed his chest. They are SO powerful and unpredictable. Hope your aunt is doing well now!
oh, he is handsome. I have seen one like that pick my Daddy up and drop him over the fence. But I don't think he meant to hurt him,,,hahaha. It was more of an encouragement like,,get the hay, etc.
Born and raised in the country, I Love wide open spaces.
Enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and any form of outdoor cooking, hot, warm and cold smoking. Preserving what I hunt, catch, raise or forage. I enjoy being able to provide food for my table.
I'm thankful for each day and will never take anything for granted.
