Spring is in the air
One of my favorite things about spring....the yucca in bloom. :)
The sage and yucca smell wonderful.
The indian blankets are in bloom too..
I enjoyed watching the sun set. The sweet smell of the pasture was intoxicating. :)
hi cowgirl ~ i love that pic of the old wooden fence post/barbed wire, with the sunset behind it. makes my ol' country boy heart skip a beat! (g) love your style of cooking, too. hope you had a great holiday. chez
Thank you Chez! The sunsets have been amazing the last week or so. I can't resist taking in the sweet air and the view every evening. :) I had a nice weekend thank you, Hope you did too. Love your blog!! :)
Mark, thank you! It was much prettier in person. :) The sage and yucca are so beautiful this time of the year. Also the wild flowers.... I should have taken more pictures of the wild flowers for ya. Maybe I can do that sometime this week.
Born and raised in the country, I Love wide open spaces.
Enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and any form of outdoor cooking, hot, warm and cold smoking. Preserving what I hunt, catch, raise or forage. I enjoy being able to provide food for my table.
I'm thankful for each day and will never take anything for granted.
