Fried til crisp and served with some of Gerald's Three Rivers BBQ Sauce for dippin'.

We survived another winter Jeanie. It was a long cold and snowy one, but I am definitely all in one piece. Good to see you too. I here it's a little dry down your way and you know I would send you some rain if I had the technology. I'll see what I can do for ya Jeanie.

It is a bit dry here Mark, I'd appreciate any rain you can send this way. :)
You've made great progress on your home. It's looking real good!
Bet you're in there by next winter.
Thanks again Mark, good to see ya.

They look great Jeanie - I'm amazed at the range of your culinary skills. You go from catching, killing, and cooking something over a campfire to a delicate little dish like this to who knows where. I'd adopt you in a heartbeat.

I could bring my sleeping bag and live on the dock in your back yard. lol
I would love it! Thanks again. :)

Your Qtons look much better than mine, but I do love the way you wrap yours. BTW...looks like mid to late May for production of sauce and website up! Mainly waiting for SC Dept of Agriculture and MIM to be over. Also, feel like trying the spicy version of the sauce? Just let me know,

Thank you Gerald! I bet your Qtons are tasty too.
That's great about your site... won't be long now. Keep me posted!
I'd love to try your spicy version.. I bet it is excellent too.
This first sauce is still my favorite of all I've tried. I could almost drink it. lol!!
Thanks again Gerald!

However did a country girl like you learn how to cook won-tons, I mean Q-Tons? They look great. Fried just right the right color. Crispy. And the ceramic dish is real. I have the same one here on Guam. Very authentic!!

lol Thanks Rueben! :) That means a lot to me coming from you!
I got the dish at an asian market.. it's one of my favorites. There were 4 in the set.
That is so cool you have the same one!!

Hope you have a great weekend, and thanks again!

Jeanie, that's making me weak in the knees! Is that what Q-Ton Heaven is like?

Thanks Richard!
Hope you try them sometime. The fillings are endless but I like smoked pork, onion and jalapeno.
