Gene
How do you find time to cook up all that scrumptious look'n food?
That bacon wrapped corn is ... [snif] ... sorry, I'm welling up a bit here. That's just so beautiful.
Hey looks good, you would love p'cola this weekend. The Blue Angel air show is this week end. U should come we'll tailgate.... Buddy.
I would definitely eat that plate of grub - the ribs look perfect.
Ohh that looks tasty! At what temperature and for how long where they in the smoker?
WoW looks so good....getting hungry now
Thanks Gene! Your horse herd sure looks nice. :)
lol Billy Bob...Thanks! I don't take pictures of the ramen noodle meals.... Seems like I eat a lot of those. :)
Hahaha... Drew... Thanks! :)
Dang it Buddy that sounds like fun! Wish I lived closer. If you go...take pics please. :) Thanks!
Thank you Larry, I'd trade for one of your breakfast plates.:)
Johan, Thank you! :)
The ribs took almost 5 hours and the corn 3 1/2 hrs. I put the ribs in first at 275F for 1 1/2 hrs....then raised the temperature to 295F when I added the corn.
When I do corn alone, I smoke them at a higher temperature so the bacon will be crispy. I kept the temperature kind of low this time so the ribs wouldn't cook too fast.
Hope they turn out well for you Johan! Thanks again. :)
Thank you so much Marc, they were pretty tasty. I think beef ribs are one of my favorites. :)
Completely too damn funny that you made SPAM. When I was watching the NBC national news tonight and they were showing SPAM being airdropped to that drifting cruise ship I literally thought, "Too bad they don't have Jeannie there!"
Oh my gosh oh my gosh Everytime I think it's a safe time to look at your blog, you do this!! That is a great looking plate. I hardly ever make beef ribs but I'm gonna smoke some dang soon. Thank you again for the great pictures and inspiration, your wonderful!
Hahaha Chris! I hadn't heard about that. wow...wonder how much spam it would take to feed a cruise ship full of people?
Thanks Chris!
lol NotBob, Thank you!! Hope they turn out well for ya. :)
