Critter Tracks
Lots of activity going on while I slept in my tent....
I think you got lucky this time around Jeanie. Those tracks look like from a vicious beast of some kind. Maybe a coon or an armadillo or something. I would make sure to have the 12 gauge on hand next time. lol. One time a woke up to some noises outside while camping and by the sound it was making, it sounded pretty large. I looked outside to find a squirrel on the picnic table raising some hell. Alot of noise from such a small fellow.
Mark...lol In your area, I'd be scared to sleep in a tent! You have critters that can eat ya. :) Bet that squirrel was having fun keeping you awake. lol
I did see lots of raccoons and ferel cats and that one darned fast armadillo. :)
Born and raised in the country, I Love wide open spaces.
Enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and any form of outdoor cooking, hot, warm and cold smoking. Preserving what I hunt, catch, raise or forage. I enjoy being able to provide food for my table.
I'm thankful for each day and will never take anything for granted.
Thanks for stopping by!

Maybe he could even catch an armadillo for me! lol
The good news is that they didn't steal your beer;)
lol Isn't that the truth Chris! Looked like they tried to get the ice chest open. :)
