I thoroughly enjoyed my short camp out this weekend. Sat in my little rocker by the fire and caught a few channel cats during the night.
Woke up to the sweet smell of rain this morning....
I feel refreshed. :)

Off topic Cowgirl, but with fall coming on a big pot of chicken and dumplings sure sounds good. Wouldn't happen to have a good dutch oven recipe for those laying about now would you?
Anonymous, it's funny that you should mention it. I DO have a recipe for dutch oven chicken and dumplings and was getting ready to make a batch this week. I will post pics and recipe as soon as possible.
