Sounds like you've almost got yours wrapped up.
If you find a place that has a 5 month long spring, let me know. Was talking to someone yesterday about finding a place to live that has spring weather year round. I don't think I could live in Hawaii (island fever would set in, I need to roam).. but can't think of an alternative. :)
