Good ole spaghetti and meatballs....
simmered in beef stock...
It actually tasted better than it looked! :)
I have a feeling cabin fever is setting in early this year. :)
If you are interested in raising your own shrimp, canning, smoking and preserving your own meat, fishing or sitting around a good camp fire.....we might be related. :)

Good news! Sunset is getting later.
We've gained 1 minute so far.
YEP! that's the first sign of cabin fever alright...lol
You must be getting "weather" to be stuck inside. We are getting more rain today (6+inches since 12/1)
Anyhow that is an interesting concept for sgetti 'n meatballs.
Have a good week.
lol Ole Smokey, Thanks! I feel better about it now! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
lol Hey Rick, please send that rain this way. :)
The weather has cooled off here but no snow yet.
Hope you are having a great weekend.
Thanks! :)
What a great idea! Hope you don't mind but I'm borrowing it! Tonight for me is goulash made with some of this season's venison, my own canned garden tomatoes and lots of other fresh goodies.
I have never seen anything quite like it Jeanie. That is cool.
Even before I saw that you made those meatballs that way intentionally I thought they looked like eyeballs with all the veins, etc. attached. Those would be great for halloween!
An interestingly silly idea. Hope the conditions you need for real cabin fever set in soon. I've been watchin' the weather in your neck of the woods and its been looking like someone put a ban on clouds over Oklahoma. We'll all pray for a white Christmas for ya.
P.S. The Ahi looked awesome also.
Thanks Bushman, I don't mind at all. Your goulash sounds great!! I just made some with beef shanks, will give venison a try. Thanks for stopping by. :)
Mark thanks! Hope all is well with ya. I haven't checked but I bet you're getting some cold weather about now. Keep warm! :)
langela, great idea! Bet they could be used for halloween, Thanks, and thanks for stopping by!
Thank you Chris! :) I appreciate the prayers for snow too. It's been a few years since we've had a good snow here.... enough to be snowed in. Sounds kind of nice. :)
Hope you have a great Christmas and New Year. Thanks for stopping by, good to see ya. :)
That's just funny! Have a great Christmas!
Thanks David, hope you have a great Christmas too! :)
