I think on the voting thing, you choose who you want to vote for on the left of their name, then click the vote button at the bottom of the page.
There are several pages there for some reason, and not all nominees are listed on some.. it's a bit confusing.

Actually Jeanie, it seems as though when anyone clicks on the link in your blog, it casts the vote for you. When I hover over the little percentage line below your name it says that I've cast my vote for your site. So I guess it's automatic. Congrats girl!
