Rustic Lamb Stew on the Grill

The kind folks at Char-Broil asked me to come up with a fall lamb dish on the grill. When I think of fall, I think of comfort foods like stew. This is an easy dish to make, it's all cooked on the grill. If you don't have a side burner on your grill, kick one burner up to high heat and let the pot simmer there.

I grill a mix of cubed veggies...

simmer beef stock, seasonings and the grilled veggies while the lamb cooks....

combine grilled lamb with veggies and simmer til heated through..

It's tummy warming comfort food. :)

If you get the time, please check out the recipe on the  Char-Broil Site

Thanks for looking!

While I imagine it's still warm in your neck of the woods, I'm in Maine and this looks wonderful for our weather right now. I have some lamb in the fridge too! Lucky me because it will make feel better about not catching anything on my fishing pole earlier today! Lol.

Looks awesome. Beef/lamb stews are our go-to dinners during the cold months as well.

Looking good Jeanie. Once it cools down, I'll be trying that...

Barbara sorry about the lack of fish. I'm sure just being out there was enjoyable enough! :)
You're right about the weather here, it's still warm during the daytime. The evenings are cooling off a bit which I love. I'm sure your Maine evenings are beautiful!
Hope you have great luck with the stew. Thanks for stopping by! :)

Terry thank you! There is no way to print them off of my blog but the Char Broil recipes are supposed to be printable off their site.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
