One of the hardest things for me to do...

Hold still!  I can not sit or lay around and do nothing. :(

After an exciting first of the week and a few days in the hospital. I'm supposed to take it easy for awhile.  It's almost impossible for me to do this. I wiggle too much.

I have plenty of help with the chores and cooking..... and more help from out of state will be here soon.
My goal is to be able to walk the 40 yds to the pig pen.  :)

This is driving me crazy.

Was this an accident or a scheduled hospital trip. Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery.

This wasn't a scheduled trip. It was my first ride in an ambulance too. (hope it's my last) :)

Well I sure don't like the sound of this post Jeanie. Does sound like it could be worse though. I mean, you are awake and typing it appears. What the heck happened Jeanie? You did not get bucked off one of your favorite steeds did you? Maybe if I look a little deeper in the blogs, I may find a clue. Sure hope you better soon Jeanie.

Yikes! Did not know you had run into an issue, I hope all is mending quickly. Thought about you last week when I was at a beautiful cattle ranch in Montana.

Hope you are feeling better soon Jeanie! Ambulance rides are no fun, been there done that. No progress on the smoker to report, I have just been too busy but that should ease up in 10 days or so.

Cheers.

Thanks for the well wishes everybody. Things could definitely be worse.
I'm not allowed to lift anything for 10 days and walking is at a minimum. Can't go outside yet.

My laptop is on the "too heavy" list so it's going to be a few days til I can get caught up online.

Have a follow up appt with the doc on Friday. Maybe I'll get more freedom then. :)

Sorry for the short reply! Hope to catch up with you all soon.

Thanks again for everything! Please keep safe and well. :)

I was on bedrest for 3 months and had to watch others fold my laundry and make my meals. I understand how difficult it is to stay still. I hope you recover soon and are back to cooking/grilling/smoking/fishing again.

Shoot langela, that doesn't sound like much fun. Hope you are doing well now!
