This is the same brisket that I used for my Drill Press Tortillas
and my Huevos Rancheros with Smoked Brisket Hash
I smoked the brisket and divided it into baggies that were better suited for my meals and put them in the freezer. It was nice to have the smoked meat on hand. :)
I made my indian fry bread...
topped with smoked brisket....
then added cheese, a fajita sauce, lettuce and fresh pico....
It was a quick and tasty meal for me. :)

Well, I've been checkin' out your blogs for several days now and come to the conclusion that there doesn't seem to be a thing you do that isn't impressive. I started country livin' in E. Texas and now am in Az. My best friend is from Broken Arrow, OK and he's told about how the country gals are back there but I didn't believe him until now. Keep up the good livin' and I look forward to future posts. Thank you!!
CJ
your my dream girl jeanie!
so is that a knife & fork type dish?
lol CJ, Thank you!
I think we (ok girls) have to be "Jills of all trades" to survive out here. lol
I appreciate you reading my blogs and taking the time to leave your nice comment. :)
I've not been to Broken Arrow in awhile but it's a really pretty area of Oklahoma.
Sounds like you are enjoying the country life too. :)
I've always liked Texas.. both east and west.
I'm afraid I have not spent much time in AZ, but would like to someday.
Thanks again CJ, Nice to meet you!
Rocco, you are so sweet!!
Thank you. :)
I fold the taco to eat. It's not easy. lol
I try not to pile the filling on so high but it's easy to get carried away.
They are really thick tacos.:)
Thanks again Rocco,
Hope all is going well with you in Chicagoland.
Jeanie, as always it looks delicious!
