I made a few venison fajitas not long ago (before the snow hit)... using Rooster Booster on the backstrap.
I set up my little charcoal grill on the picnic table...
Seasoned the peppers and onions with olive oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Then sprinkled Rooster Booster on the backstrap steaks.....
The venison on a stick was marinaded in a sateh sauce..
heated some tortillas....
topped with fresh pico de gallo and a splash of Hula Girl Jalapeno sauce.....
It was simple and soooooo tasty... :)
