Found a new hiding place :)

Spent the weekend camping at this little lake... the same lake I went to last camping trip.

I found a nice little secluded beach...

kicked back and enjoyed the day....

I didn't catch one single fish......but it didn't really matter. :)

Not catchin fish means better reading time or nap time for that matter.

Jeanie, catching is not always the most important part of fishing.

I love ur page! Followed ur postings for a while now and let me just say I really feel I was cheated! I was born and raised in the city! I'm converted! Not quite country yet but deffinatly converted. Lol. Your an inspiration. Truely a breath of fresh air. Please don't stop sharing. Oh, do u think ur smoke house would work in a more humid enviroment? Where u live looks dry. I live in the low country region in SC. It gets kinda humid here.

With very kind regards,
Kim

Kimberly Thank you! It's so nice to meet you. :)
Living in the country is great...hope you get to experience it sometime. I know that some of the conveniences available in the city aren't here... but the rest of country living more than makes up for it...at least for me. :)
Sometimes the best things in life really are free...

The smokehouse should work fine in SC. If you build one please keep me posted!
Thanks again Kim. :)

That looks like a beautiful little hideout Jeanie. Do you happen to have the coordinates for that spot so we can all enjoy it? Sometimes it's more enjoyable not to catch any fish, no cleaning. Unless you're starving, I guess.

lol Mark, go east of me for awhile and then take a right, then one left..another right and you're there. If you came down here I'd show ya. Bring your lawn chair! :)
You're right, not cleaning fish was kind of nice.
Thanks Mark! :)

Fish are overrated, they just cut into your beer drinking and napping time;)
