I made it last nigh...Thanks much for posting this. I made it last night, and it was a big hit.<br />I baked it in the oven, and it took a LOT longer than I expected, at a higher temp than I thought. I started at 350 for about 45 minutes, saw that it wasn't going to be done in my lifetime, and turned it up to 450 on convection.
