Pulled Beef Samosas with Hot Habanero Mustard (Thank you Tristan!)

Friend Tristan in AZ sent some spicy hot mustard that is made there locally. I gave it the pinky finger taste test and loved it! Decided to make a batch of samosas with some of the Pulled Beef that I had on hand.

I just used pulled beef and scallions for the filling...

Cut egg roll wrappers into strips...

placed a spoonful of beef and scallion on the end and rolled up "flag" style..

used water to seal the edge..

dipped each in an egg milk wash and rolled in panko bread crumbs..

fried til golden and crisp...

and served with Tristan's spicy mustard...

These were so good...but the best part was the mustard sauce!  It tastes like a habanero, mango sauce, sweet but with a good kick. I could eat it with a spoon! :)

Thank you again Tristan, I'm really enjoying this stuff. I need to meet your friend or learn how to make this myself. lol
