Who woulda thunk.....he likes redheads!

New bull Persistent has been listening to one of the neighbor's sweet talking Red Angus cuties.

She's stands in the pasture across the road, hoping to catch his eye....

and it works. lol

I parked the pickup on the road in between the two, hoping to distract them for awhile, but..
I'm not one to stand in the way of love OR a raging bull.

Little does he know, he could easily walk through that fence. lol

So far he's staying home, but I'm keeping a close eye on him. :)

that's funny, crazy ole bulls. we used to have a red bull at my grandmothers that did indeed know he could walk through a fence and did so on several occasions to get to a neighbors cows a quarter mile away. he could also clear an 8 foot stock tank with a 4 foot high pipe running across the middle. we didn't keep him very long.

You to, not many bulls around here, mostly artificial.

It sounds like trouble lurking to me. The girls on his side of the fence just might not be a challenge.

Hahaa No flowers or chodolates Bill. Thanks for the laugh! :)

Wow Pid, I can understand why you didn't keep him! I've owned a few cows like that but never a bull. There should be a special rodeo event for cattle like yours. See who could jump the highest fence. :)

Thanks Pid, hope your weekend is going well!

Thanks Sunnybrook! Not too much AI going on here, mostly open range breeding.

Hi Mark!
There's a really nice looking big red bull in the pasture with the red cows. I think he might be making my bull think before he makes a move. lol

So far he's staying home but I'm still watching him. :)
Hope you're having a great weekend. I imagine you are getting that house move-in ready. :)

What a darling baby they'd make. The song, "Don't Fence Me In" comes to mind.
