A Char-Broil Breakfast Fattie

Some of you know that I was invited to be a guest poster at the Char-Broil Live site not long ago. I have enjoyed being part of their "team". I might be a bit rougher around the edges than the other contributors but everyone has been soooo kind. The Char-Broil folks are great people! :)
...and they haven't run me off yet. lol

This was my First Char-Broil Post
and my
Second Char-Broil Post

and this is my third....
I decided to make a breakfast fattie on the Char-Broil Infrared grill and use indirect heat.

I stuffed the fattie with my favorite filling... fried potato, scallion, smoked ham and cheese.

Topped a toasted english muffin with a slice of the fattie, then added a poached egg and drizzled with hollandaise sauce....

This has to be one of my all time favorite breakfast fatties. (either that or I'm stuck in a rut. lol!)

If you get the time, please check out my third post... Char-Broil Post
Thanks for looking! :)

I missed the Char Broil thing - Congrats and I can't think of a cook I'd rather have represent my product than you, you are a great cook but especially since there are way more of us who are a little rough around the edges.

Hi Pid, it's good to see ya. :)
I like smoked ones best... on the Char Broil I put wood chips right on the grill on both sides of the food. I've found that wood pellets work great too.
Thanks! :)

If I ever prepared something that beautiful I wouldn't be able to eat it! Instead I would take it to my local taxidermist and ask him to mount it!
