Some big honkin beef ribs....and probably one of my most favoritest Q sauces

Gerald at Three Rivers Bar-B-Que in Lexington South Carolina, so kindly sent a bottle of his sauce for me to try out. He said he wanted my honest opinion.
All I can say is Wow!! This has to be one of the best, if not the best sauce I've tried.
As soon as the bottle arrived I popped open the top and gave it the pinky finger test. :)
This sauce is good.... not just for Q but for many foods.
I can taste a combination of flavors... sweet, spicy, a bit of the vinegar and mustard thing going on. Gerald said it has a kiss of bourbon too. :)

I have been using the sauce as a dip for peel and eat shrimp but finally had the chance to use it on some Q.

I rubbed some big honkin beef ribs with olive oil and sprinkled with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Put them in the Memphis Pro at 295F with some hickory..

added 2 scored spams... and brushed the ribs with the sauce.

topped the spam with the usual cayenne brown sugar whiskey..

The beef ribs, bacon fried corn and salad. I did make potatoes but was more interested in the hunka beef. :)

The sauce was excellent! So good!!

I don't think Gerald's sauce is on the market yet but it should be soon. I will definately post when I hear more.

If you're in the area.. Three River's Bar-B-Que has a catering and tailgating business. You might be able to contact Gerald for some of this sauce too. (803) 240-6266 or (803) 939-7217
