2010 World Championship Dutch Oven Cook-Off Cookbook

Dutch oven master chefs Willy and Toni Thayn so kindly sent a copy of the 2010 World Championship Dutch Oven Cook-Off cookbook to me.
I can't believe all of the fantastic recipes they are able to make in a dutch oven!
When I think of dutch ovens, I think of cobblers and stews... boy was I wrong. :)

How about Apricot-Pistachio Rolled Pork?

or Parmesian Bread?

There are so many good looking recipes in the book that I want to try...

I usually take my dutch ovens camping with me but I'm not sure I can wait that long. Think I'll light a few logs in my tractor rim fire ring and give some of these recipes a try. :)

Thank you again Willy and Toni... I love the book! :)

Chris, mine has been too. It's time we both get our DO's out and see what we can come up with. :)

What score... make sure ya post some pictures. I just rescued a DO from my parents stuff. Scrubbed and seasoned it in the drum during the test fire to check new mods.. I think it's ready to go :)
