Brrrrrrr....again! :)

lol Some of you are aware that my heat has been off since Monday.
My farm uses natural gas from a well located on this section of land. When they shut the well down Monday for simple repairs I was told the heat would be back on before nightfall. lol

It's Friday now and still no heat. I'm not complaining though. I borrowed a friend's space heater and I have my nice little sleeping bag to snuggle into at night.

To make a long story short...please send any extra sunshine and warm thoughts my way. It's going to dip down to 18 degrees tonight.

I've already decided to buy myself an electric blanket for Valentine's Day. lol

oh dang, that would certainly suck. I'd send you some warmth from here, but it's pretty cold here too. Well not 18 degrees cold, but colder than normal for this time of year. What you need is to find a nice hot cowboy to snuggle up with ;-) lol.

Or maybe just fire up the smoker and eat lots of hot smoked foods! :-D

Cowgirl, I found your site only a short time ago and visit it every day now. Down to earth and warm hearted and great cooking too. I bugged my husband until we found a tractor tire rim for a campfire here. I absolutely love it. Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

Thank you so much Shirl! You are too kind! :)
I'm happy to hear you found a tractor rim...aren't they great! Easy to move around and light enough to take camping.
Thank you so much for checking out my blog, and thank you so much for the post. :)

Hey Cowgirl! I hope your heat gets back on soon. If not, just come on up to Indiana for a spell. It's about the same temps up here but I think your smile would melt the snow!
